Jeremy Denk: A Solo Piano Recital
Benefit Concert
April 17, 2026 , 7:30 pm – 11:00 pm

A BENEFIT RECITAL: LIMITED SEATING
The New York Times calls Jeremy Denk “a pianist you want to hear no matter what he performs.” Winner of a MacArthur Fellowship and the Avery Fisher Prize, Denk is also the author of the bestselling memoir Every Good Boy Does Fine — a musician who thinks and writes about music as compellingly as he plays it.
His program for this evening moves across more than a century of American and European music: the soulful rhythms of Scott Joplin and Nina Simone, the rich harmonic world of William Bolcom, and landmark works by Beethoven and Charles Ives.
The setting is Kodosky Manor — an Italianate villa more than 20 years in the making, with hand-carved stonework, rich wood interiors, and sweeping views of the Hill Country. There is no better room in Austin for a night like this.
Proceeds support ATX’s season programming and community initiatives, including Everyone Deserves Art — our ongoing effort to bring live chamber music and jazz to schools, youth centers, and community spaces across Austin.
All-inclusive ticket includes food, drink, valet, and artist meet and greet.
