In April 2027, ATX Chamber Music and Jazz launches the ATX Jazz Fest – a three-day festival bringing together Grammy winners, MacArthur Fellows, and NEA Jazz Masters for the most concentrated gathering of jazz talent ever assembled in Texas. Friday night opens with an exclusive 300-seat concert at Assembly Hall. Saturday and Sunday move to the Moody Amphitheater main stage for full days of performances. VIP late-night sessions bring the weekend back to Assembly Hall for jam sessions and small-group sets.

These shows are not sold separately. The only way in is a Platinum pass.
Single-day passes for Saturday or Sunday at the Moody Amphitheater go on sale in December 2026 — just in time for the holidays. Per-day pricing will be slightly above the weekend-pass equivalent — weekend passes remain the best per-day value and guarantee entry to both days. VIP packages are weekend-only.

The Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Park is located at 1401 N Trinity St, Austin, TX 78701. There is no drive-up access to the main entrance, so plan to walk in from the park’s surrounding streets.
Driving and Parking
Street and garage parking is available throughout downtown Austin within walking distance of the park. Downtown spaces fill quickly during events, so we recommend reserving a spot in advance through a parking service such as BestParking or ParkWhiz.
Rideshare
The designated rideshare drop-off and pick-up zone for Moody Amphitheater events is along the north curb of 12th Street, just past Red River Street.
Public Transit
CapMetro serves the Waterloo Park area. The closest stops are Lavaca / 15th St (Stop 593), Trinity / 12th St (Stop 864), San Jacinto / 14th St (Stop 919), and Red River / 11th St (Stop 6382).
