Daniel moved to the United States from Mexico when he was just 9 years old. Since then, he has built an entire life and a professional career in Austin and has been mentored by some of the biggest talents in the city. His experience includes managing two concepts for the Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group as well as stints at Barley Swine & Comedor, all whom are recognized by the Michelin Guide Texas. Outside of his passion in the kitchen, he is a proud husband and a father of two.
