All out tickets are fulfilled digitally. No paper tickets will be issued and posted. It is the responsibility of customers to ensure they provide a valid email address during the checkout process for the fulfilment of the digital ticket confirmation. We recommend to also check spam and junk folders for the ticket confirmation if it has not arrived in the inbox within 2 hours of completing the purchase.

In the event a show is cancelled or significantly altered, patrons will be issued with a refund of the ticket face value and any booking fee(s) paid. If you paid an online transaction fee per order, this is not refundable as it is a service charge the Box Office incur during the processing of your order. A transaction fee is applied to cover charges the organiser has to pay on ticketing technology services.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless an event is cancelled or significantly altered. Where the original booking was made with a credit/debit card, the amount will be refunded to the card. If the payment was made by cash, cheque or any other method the refund will be sent to you as a cheque. We will not issue cash refunds.

Management reserve the right to refuse a sale, or to refuse entry after a sale at their discretion.

Patrons should supply the credit/debit card used to book when collecting tickets at the box office. We reserve the right to refuse ticket collections to patrons who cannot provide reasonable identification.
When purchasing/collecting a discounted ticket, patrons must provide adequate proof of concession.

Where a special offer applies such as a time or stock limited special offer/promotion, this cannot be applied in retrospect to an existing booking.
